Delivery and Return Terms

1. Service Delivery

The services we offer as Petfendy are delivered as follows:

• Pet hotel reservations: Delivered at the check-in time specified on the reservation date
• Pet taxi services: Delivered at the time and location specified on the reservation date
• Reservation confirmation is notified by email and SMS for all services

2. Cancellation and Refund Right

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for our services.

The right of withdrawal can be used within 14 days from the date the reservation confirmation reaches you.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the service has been fully performed (after the reservation date has passed).

3. Cancellation Conditions

The following conditions apply for reservation cancellations:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the reservation date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the reservation date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation date: No refund
• Special evaluation can be made for mandatory reasons (illness, emergency, etc.)

4. Refund Process

For cancelled reservations, the refund process is carried out within the following periods according to your payment method:

Payments made by credit card: Refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Payments made by debit card: Refunded to your account within 3-5 business days.
