DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 - Parties

This agreement has been concluded between BSG PET CARE FOREIGN TRADE MARKETING AND INDUSTRY LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") headquartered in Ankara and the consumer ("Buyer") who purchases the Seller's services through the platform, within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 2 - Definitions

Article 3 - Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital reservation and organization services that the Buyer purchases from the Seller, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Electronic Commerce Regulation Law No. 6563.

Article 4 - Features and Price of the Service

The Buyer is obliged to review the details, price and conditions of the digital reservation and organization service purchased before making a purchase.

Article 5 - Payment and Refund Conditions

• 5.1The service fee is collected by the Seller through the İyzico secure payment system.
• 5.2Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.
• 5.3Refund processes are completed within 10-14 business days using the same payment method.
• 5.4The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days before the service begins, in accordance with Law No. 6502.
• 5.5The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has commenced.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

• 6.1The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service agreement without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 47 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
• 6.2The right of withdrawal can be exercised before the service begins. The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has commenced.
• 6.3The withdrawal notification must be communicated to the Seller (petfendyotel@gmail.com) in writing or through a durable medium.
• 6.4If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 business days.
• 6.5Refund processes are carried out through the İyzico payment system.

Article 7 - Seller's Obligations

• 7.1The Seller provides digital reservation and organization services on its own behalf and for its own account.
• 7.2The Seller is directly responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction.
• 7.3The Seller collects service fees through the İyzico payment system.
• 7.4The Seller is obliged to process refunds using the same payment method.
• 7.5The Seller is responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations regarding consumer rights.

Article 8 - Buyer's Obligations

• 8.1The Buyer is obliged to carefully review all information regarding the service selected through the platform.
• 8.2The Buyer may contact the Seller in case of any problems that may arise during the service.

Article 9 - Duration and Termination

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer purchases a service through the platform. The parties may terminate the agreement by mutual consent.

Article 10 - Dispute Resolution

Ankara Consumer Arbitration Committees and Ankara Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.

Article 11 - Effectiveness

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement when purchasing services through the platform. The agreement enters into force when it is approved electronically by the Buyer and the service fee is paid.
