Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the parties specified below in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers and Distance Contracts Regulation.

Seller: BSG PET CARE FOREIGN TRADE MARKETING AND INDUSTRY LIMITED COMPANY

2. Subject

This Agreement relates to the Consumer's purchase of pet hotel and pet taxi services offered by Petfendy. The services subject to the Agreement:

• Pet hotel reservation services
• Pet taxi reservation services
• Related additional services
• Auxiliary services

3. Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of notification of the contract, without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in contracts where the service has been fully performed, with the consumer's consent and clearly stated before the start of service performance.

The withdrawal period starts from the date the contract is notified to the consumer.

4. Payment and Invoice

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other accepted payment methods. Invoice will be sent to your email address after the payment transaction is completed.

• Payment security complies with PCI DSS standards
• Card information is not stored and is processed encrypted
• All payments are protected with 3D Secure
• Invoice information is sent by email after reservation

5. Cancellation and Refund
